Advocado helps marketers increase the impact of their media campaigns.

Brands, agencies, and media companies use the company’s cross-media data platform to target their marketing campaigns in real time, influence the customer journey, and maximize ROI.

Investments from St. Louis Arch Angels members in mid-2020 helped to transform the company’s “COVID defense round” into a 100 percent oversubscribed seed round that exceeded $2 million.

“The Arch Angels gave us the rocket fuel boost that we needed to earn the confidence of other investors and gain momentum that we’ve continued to build on,” says Jeff Linihan, Advocado co-founder, president, and COO.

In late 2020, Advocado generated nearly $1 million in additional investment through a pre-series A SAFE note, enabling the company to make several strategic hires and fund business operations through 2021.

“Arch Angels Chairman Brian Kinman has become a mentor to us,” says Linihan. “He asks the hard questions that need to be asked and is a go-to person whenever we have a business challenge.”

Based in downtown St. Louis, the company plans to more than double its staff to 40 by the end of 2021.
